Aliyah
What holds true for New Hempstead is true for Klal Yisrael. This is the end of the exile.
The Vehicle for the Tikkun
15! + (16*29)^2 = (16*(71500-29))^2
16! + (64*29)^2 = (64*(71500-29))^2
and signify 16 generations of 29 years after the Arizal, respectively 64 generations after Rashbi, until 5796, until Keter, until Aleph, a thousand.
Before this world was created, Din (71) and Chesed (72) were in equilibrium. The equilibrium was broken by 29 which became the vehicle for the Tikkun, through long years of exilic darkness.

Tsats v'Tamah
It happens suddenly yet also it takes time, until the original ץ, which is ה years after ת"ם. In short, צ"ץ ותמ"ה.
It is the end of the 288 sparks of Kedusha, four times 72. They are being returned to their source. At the end of צ"ץ ותמ"ה, mankind finds G-d, everlasting.

A Summary
10! + 15^2 = (15*127)^2
14! + 420^2 = (420*703)^2
Note that 420 = 15*28. This corresponds to the year 5786.
Further:
11! + 18^2 = (18*351)^2
13! + 288^2 = (288*274)^2
Note that 288 = 18*16. This corresponds to the year 5790.
Finally:
15! + 464^2 = 1143536^2
16! + (4*464)^2 = (4*1143536)^2
Note that 464 = 16*29. This corresponds to the year 5796.

The One Day
Perhaps the eight signifies the number of "months" of the "pregnancy". The Arizal explains in Ets HaChaim, Heichal Zeir Anpin, Sh'ar רפ"ח Nitzotzin, Perek 5, that "birth" occurs at eight "months", and one "day", which is insignifant in that it does not change the count of רפ"ח.
The months are 36 years each. The one day corresponds to one year: 5501 + 8*36 + 1 = 5790.
Note that this marks the end of the four Partzufim, of Malchut and Zeir Anpin, of Chochma and Bina. After this, Malchut can rise to Keter.

The Sparks of Kedusha
We read that in the early stage of creation,
ורוח אלהים מרחפת על פני המים
The word מרחפת can be written as מ"ת רח"פ. So, 288 died, i.e. became close to this world, to lift it up, when they are lifted up.Thursday, September 27, 2012
Torat Emet
For many this is hard to understand. That is why superficially the Torah is an account of history. But, to state it nicely, in truth, Torat Emet does not have anything to do with historical accuracy of the Torah at all.
Torat Emet is Torah HaEmet.

What is Judaism?
The "ancient Judaism" was only a child. The child has grown up.
Rashbi, Moshe d'León, Arizal, Ramchal, Vilna Gaon, Moshiach, all are stages of a cosmic growing-up process, of Moshe Rabbeinu growing up, of Klal Yisrael growing up.
The difference with Yeshu and Mohammed is that they are the end. Only in Judaism there is growth.

The 20th Day of the Omer
Now, יום העשרים בעומר equals 999 in gematria, twice 499.5. This is brought forth by Midrash Shlomo.

Teshuva
The collective Teshuva that is required of both Sasson and Simcha is that of the previous post. They have to stand up to the world and declare that the Land is ours, and ours alone.

The Land of Israel is for the People of Israel
But I believe in my nation. Not by chance did we return. I believe that the Land of Israel is for the People of Israel. There is no other way. We tried other ways, and we failed miserably.
I know that the world is against us. That is how we returned. If we returned. It is time to tell the world something: The Land of Israel is for the People of Israel.
A Word to the Wise
There is a deep reason why the GR"A instituted in fact the count m(n) = 5501 + a*n, where a is exactly 36 years. Now, m(7) is 5753, and m(8) is 5789. The deep reason is related to the secret of 288, which the GR"A at some level must have known. From his Talmidim, we learn the first version. The wise will understand.

Danny Danon
MK Danny Danon (Likud) is set to launch a new book which explains in very clear terms his positions against the two-state solution and about Israel’s rights to its land. The problem is of course that both Jordan and Egypt barely exist. That is, a three-state solution is of course a one-state solution. Next time we rule from the Suez Canal to the Litani, we will declare the lands Jewish. Who doesn't like it, can go, must go.
“We’ve been discussiing the two-state solution for 20 years and it’s time to say enough,” he added. “I do not believe in a two-state solution. I’m putting a new paradigm in this book and telling the people who love us: let’s think about a three-state solution – Israel, Jordan and Egypt.”
“We have to speak about what is good for Israel, and I believe that the three-state solution is what’s good for Israel. We’ve tried 'peace' twice: with the Oslo Accords and with the disengagement from Gaza. It doesn’t work. We need to think of something else.”
Danon intends to translate the book into Hebrew and perhaps even into other languages and his aim, as he put it, is “to create a debate. I want people to maybe not agree with me, to read the book and to argue with it, but at least to know what Israelis think. I think it represents the majority of Israelis. The people here in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem no longer believe in the idea of land for peace. We’ve tried it. It failed. We are open for new ideas.”

One Nation
Rarely was this clearer than in 5753, when the nation was divided between depression and euphoria, and then in 5765, when the "orange" camp met with coldness in the "blue" camp. But Nature will have its course. The "blue" camp will soon meet the "orange" camp again, this time at "orange" premises.
Because we will become One Nation, united around this Mitzva.

One Thing
This is what the GR"A wrote in Even Shleimah. Does the Geula actually depend on nothing from our side? As Rav Yissachar Shlomo Teichtel points out in Em HaBanim Smeichah, merit of the Fathers, Zechut Avot, depends on one thing that we must do. It can only be invoked for those who cherish the Land, as it was not invoked by Moshe after the sin of the spies.
The bond between the Fathers and the Land is unbreakable. The need to cherish the Land of Israel is the one thing that the Geula depends on. We must show this one virtue of the Fathers.

Not Just Sasson, also Simcha
The other, heretical, anti-Messianic force was represented by Rav Ovadia Yosef in 5753, whereas the role was played in 5765 by Rav Yosef Shalom Elyashiv. I trust their contributions are well-known.
Again it is true. Anti-Messianic is also Messianic. This is the Sod of Sasson and Simcha, the two heretics. Their heresy is part of the Messianic process, as this process does not happen because of our merit.
Sasson and Simcha are Meshichim. They will bring Moshiach, but it will be in a way they do not expect. About this the GR"A said,
שאילו לא נברא אלא להשגת כוונת חז"ל, בענין ששון ושמחה - דיו

Anti-Messianic is also Messianic
Interesting that there were 12-year intervals between these 3 errors: 1981-1993-2005.Interesting that all these years were years of Chesed. Of course, this is not so surprising. Shimon Peres is the quintesssential anti-Messianic figure in the Israeli political scene. And anti-Messianic is also Messianic.
Looking back 12 years earlier, in 1969 was when Shimon Peres was first appointed as a government minister, but it took Gad Yaakobi giving up his appointment so that Peres won't get angry at him for that to happen. He essentially lost the first of many elections in that year.
Looking back 12 years further, it was in 1957 that Peres was instrumental in signing the deal with France to help build the Dimona nuclear reactor. So he has one thing going for him. However, in that same year, Moshe Sharet declared about Shimon Peres, "I will tear Keriah on the State of Israel if I see him sitting on his chair as a minister in Israel."

The GR"A Count Revisited
So the GR"A count does not start in 5500, but in 5501. We are not to count every 250/7 years, but every 36 years. The holy spirit of the GR"A told us that the era of Moshiach ben Yosef is 24 times 12 years, 24 years of Chesed, but he could not say it this way, and the wise will understand.

Count to Moshiach ben David
It seems the Talmidim of the GR"A have been counting seven Pekidot and started with 5500. I doubt this comes from the GR"A. Perhaps he was misunderstood. For one, the GR"A knew very well that one year must be added.
When we count properly, the penultimate Pekidah was in 5753, the year that brought the Oslo accords.
The reason for the 36 years is clear now, 288 = 36*8. The Gaon spoke the truth.

Shishim Ribo
The Yom Kippur war was at טצ"ץ, when the left and right convened, both at תצ"ט and a half, i.e. 499.5, together 999. There were 2.8 million Jews in Israel, more than 600000 men from age 20 to 60.
The count of the exile reached 499.5 in 5708, the year of creation of the State of Israel after 22 centuries of exile. There were 600000 Jews in Israel at the time.
This is relevant because of what the GR"A said:

Progress in Torah
The Yeshiva student learns about the past, usually the past only, also in our days, especially in our days. He learns either no Torat HaNistar, or learns it in the way he learns Talmud. He learns a Daf, of the Zohar. The brave might even study a Daf per day. He greatly appreciates the GR"A, for his Talmud knowledge. He greatly appreciates the Ramchal, for Mesillat Yesharim. The student learns the same things in the same ways as his Rav, so that, a generation from now, his sons can learn the same again. They call it the Mesorah, and they are proud of it.
However, there is also progress, much progress. It is made through Torah study about the future, largely about the future. In the way of Rashbi, the Arizal, the GR"A, and the Ramchal. This is the subject of this blog, and the two blogs Emet Achshav and Kulmos that preceded it. This is the revelation of the Torah of Moshiach, step by step. This is the work of Yechidim. At this time. Still.
אך התיקון האמיתי הוא שיהיה ענין זה קיים תמיד, שלא יפסק
